Eggs of Lacewing.

A newly hatch larva at the end of the egg stalk.

The two white mass below are likely to be the larvae of a lacewing and not a mealy bugs. Fine hairs could be seen from the side and bottom of the creatures. However, it is uncertain whether they are related to the Green Lacewing.
